What materials do you use?

Our team spent a lot of time researching for the highest quality materials. We use ABS, PLA, PET-G, ASA and Nylon plastics. For demanding use cases we use plastics enhanced with carbon fiber or glass fiber.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

IMPORTANT: Custom and customizable orders cannot be refunded after the customer’s agreement of sample design, from our design team.

What is the difference between custom and customizable products?

Custom products are designed by our pro team from scratch exactly as you have dreamt them(by your description). Customizable products are products that already exist in our store but our team can customize the colors, letters, sizes etc. according to your liking.

How long does it take to receive my items after my order?

Usually 1-3 business days. For custom and customizable products usually 1-2 weeks depending on workload.

Where are my items shipped from?

Our 3D printing lab and warehouse are based in Heraklion in Crete, Greece.
